I began my artistic journey at a young age, growing up in a family of craft specialists. My grandfather taught me about Zuni history and religion, which inspired me to explore visual media. Despite having a hand condition, I learned various art forms, including embroidery and painting. I studied Studio Arts in both high school and university, challenging myself to step out of my comfort zone. Today, I blend traditional figures with a modern twist, focusing on Zuni designs and cultural knowledge to preserve our heritage and pass down wisdom. Through my art, I connect the past with the present.
